COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hard Apple Cider is dryer than most. It’s a great choice when the goal of the beverage is not to overpower the entrée. An excellent choice with lighter meals such as chicken, seafood, salads and brunch. A "sophisticated everyday drink".

I’m no expert, but I find Fox Barrel far less sweet than most commercially available ciders, and much more enjoyable. Very refreshing.

A crisp, clean english style cider made in California. It is in the style of a Strongbow cider, but it doesn’t have the oxidation issues. It has a light color and a soft carbonation level. If you like dry English Ciders you will really like this.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2008 This is a great cider. It is a little sweet, but just enough to balance the dry tartness. It is very crisp and the apple flavour, while mild, is noticeable and fruity.

Very pale tinted yellow. Nice aroma of apples, closer with the nose, the olfactory is somewhat vinegar. Slightly dry initial tastes. Good decent cider flavr. Does not seem to be 6%. Hides alky well. Fru-fru-fruity and friendly. Good crispy tingling carbonation. Overall good brwe experience. Fun and well mannered. Does have a slight industrialness on the aftertaste during the finsih.

Looked as if I poured a champagne- nose acid, sour, mango in the background – good over ripe apple taste -medium dry – sugar and white grape aftertaste

I thought this was a pretty nice cider. Actually very good for me in that I’m usually not a fan at all of ciders. The alcohol is not too much and the sweetness is not too sugary. Good stuff.

While I normally don’t imbibe on cider, I couldn’t pass this up since it’s made about an hour or so north of me. The aroma was lightly citrus, some acidity going on, subtle apple aroma. Appearance was really light yellow with an almost greenish tint to it. Mouthfeel was minerally, but not harsh in any way. Flavor was pretty damned balanced, not overly sweet nor overly dry. It had some apple character, subtle citrus, champagne-like character with some slight mustiness. Nice for a cider.

On tap at PP Carlsbad. Color was almost gross; pissy pale yellow. However, the aroma was really intriguing. Aroma of fruit, apple, sweet malt and perfume. Flavor was sweet, but quite tasty. Sugary, sweet tart like flavor. More fruit, than apple. Tasty stuff.

Received 12-oz bottle from Liquid Solutions.biz in Portland, Oregon. Pours a sparkling clear light golden cider with some light bubbles in the ring. Aroma of crisp and sweet apples, some acidic sparkling carbonation character with a touch of spring flowers. Taste is semi-sweet, apples, a soft spritzy character with additional spice flavors. Finish has a mild tart apple aftertaste that slowly disappears to a dry finish.
