Naturally fermented using 100% pear juice, not from pear juice concentrate or pear-flavored hard apple cider. Filtered cold for extra purity, and smoothed with pear juice. With no added colorants, sugar, sorbate or benzoate preservatives. No added malt, spirit, grape or apple alcohols. Naturally elegant and refreshingly adult with a sparkling clean natural pear finish, and a subtle woody complexity, completed by an intense fresh pear bouquet.

355ml bottle into a Weizen glass; served cold. Aroma: BIG pear aroma. This cider smells quite juicy and sweet, almost like pear candy. Appearance: Crystal clear, exceptionally pale, yellow body. No head at at all, and no lacing. Taste: Moderately sweet, barely any alcohol taste. It is like biting into a pear. Quite tasty! Palate: Light bodied, not watery. Clean. Overall: Smooth, clean, and refreshing. Just a fun little cider!

Flute glass. Refreshing odor of pears. Clear pale yellow with some carbonation. Tasty but I wouldn’t know it was alcohol if you didn’t tell me.

This cider has a strong aroma of butter. The flavor, too, has a taste of both butter and pear. Very clear appearance. Sweet, but not sticky.

Bottle from Bert’s Pours a crystal clear medium golden color that resembles apple juice. A smattering of bubbles makes up a tiny head that dissipates almost instantly. Aromas of light sugary pear with hints of spice. The flavor follows the aroma, lightly sugary pear juice with hints of spice. Medium body with a light level of carbonation and a sweet light sugary mouthfeel. Fairly simple beverage, but remarkably easy to drink.

Yellow pour with no head. Aroma is pear and spices. Taste is pears, spices, and a slight puckering finish(good way). I thought this was tasty.

The color is a light yellow, but despite a few initial bubbles, there is no head present. The scent is quite inviting due to the strong pear sweetness and a hint of yeast; the taste is a nice balance between equal parts sweet and sour, but neither of these flavors are too bold or strong in the mouth. The palate nicely complements the taste through the medium body, thin and slick texture, lightly sweet finish, and no carbonation.

Clear pale golden, no head. Nose smells like pear skin and pear juice, though a little mild overall. Flavor is crisp and sweet, with not a ton of body but plenty of sugar. Some light pear and a little lager-ish funk.

This is delicious! Intense pear bouquet. subtle woody flavors. Doesn’t taste like apple cider, but very refreshing and light.

On tap at Hotel Foster during MKE beer week 2013. Straw yellow with no head. Sweet aroma of pear and spices. Taste is shockingly of pears and light spices with a tart finish.
