COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Naturally fermented using 100% pear juice, not from pear juice concentrate or pear-flavored hard apple cider. Filtered cold for extra purity, and smoothed with pear juice. With no added colorants, sugar, sorbate or benzoate preservatives. No added malt, spirit, grape or apple alcohols. Naturally elegant and refreshingly adult with a sparkling clean natural pear finish, and a subtle woody complexity, completed by an intense fresh pear bouquet.

12 oz bottle. 4.5% Abv. Aroma - strong pear with a slight touch of apple, pleasant Appearance- Straw color, effervescent, Taste - strong pear taste on entry, slightly sweet, finishes dry and crisp, refreshing though not terribly complex. Palate - Thin and watery, though this isn’t necessarily bad it is a cider after all. Overall - Refreshing. Good on a hot day or anytime you’re looking for a refreshing palate cleanser. Enjoyable.

Really nice pear aroma. Pour is like pure gold. that’s where the fun ends. Flavor is way to acidic, almost like a pear vinegar. I will not buy this again.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Chablis colored pour with no head - very light bubble action. Aroma of pear flavored candy - very artificial. Flavor has that same artificial pear essence to it. Has a hint of ginger ale in the back end. Mouthfeel is leaning to the thin side. Passable.

bottle from azwine 4/10/12. yellow/straw color. no head. visible crisp carbonation. intensely floral aroma.... sweet and sour pears, dust and leaves/grass. the palate is sorta sweet but well balanced by a tartness and ’green’ fruit derived note on the finish. crisp and crazy suited for the heat. the only down side is a weird sugary feeling.... 8/3/7/3/15
