Tap. This cider is light and crisp. The aroma is apple and at first, I thought I had been given the wrong pour. The taste however is of both apple and pear. Delicately balanced.

Pours clear pale yellow with a quickly disappearing white head. The aroma definitely has a lot of pear. It seems like very ripe pear with the amount of sweetness to it, but it’s not a thick or cloying though. There is also a bit of a candy aspect and some traces of vanilla and milk caramel. Medium crisp body with some sharp fizzy carbonation. The taste is much like the aroma, but it is a bit drier and peppery. The finish is clear, fruity and spicy. Nice pear cider.

Bottled. Poured very light straw golden with a ring of white bubbles and nice effervescence.. looked about like what I wanted. The aroma picked up sweet, juicy pears and a touch of oak.. touches of nutmeg and other spices accented.. nice stuff. The flavor found a bunch of pears as well, with some artificial sweetener and vanilla accenting.. even sweeter on the finish. Light-bodied with prickly carbonation that moved it well across the palate.. just a little too sweet, but overall very tasty.

Very nice crisp pear aroma with mild floral notes and just a touch of vinegar. Very pale, clear, gingerale color with a good label in a standard US longneck. Dry, slightly sour, crisp, just a tad of mustiness. Body was light and lost carbonation, mild sour finish. New Leaf Market.

Growler filled at Joe Canal’s. Pours a clear light straw gold with a fizzy white head. Light bodied with a bit of carbonation, but not overly done, making for a crisp mouthfeel. Sweet and overripe green fruits- apples, pears, grapes- but leaning slightly towards a tart pear flavor. Pretty darn good for a perry. Definitely a nice sub for champagne.

12oz bottle. Pours a very light golden with a small quickly fadingwhite head. Aroma is very sweet pear, fruity and soft with a touch of sweet bread and bubble gum. Flavor starts with a touch of tartness and a growing sweetness before a sharp and still peary fruit note. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Not a bad perry
