Nice floral pear aroma that leans toward new plastic/chemical, but is somehow still pleasant. Clear champagne colored, little carbonation visible. Honeysuckle, pear, and cotton candy flavor. Creamsicle finish. Wow, there are some really neat things happening in this perry. I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. As different as hefeweizens are to lagers this is to ordinary perries. Super!
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 wilnatp (263) - USA - FEB 3, 2012
UPDATED: APR 23, 2012 Tap. This cider is light and crisp. The aroma is apple and at first, I thought I had been given the wrong pour. The taste however is of both apple and pear. Delicately balanced.
Additional notes: Crisp apple and pear flavor with a light finish. This has a real fruit flavor, like juice. Palate is a bit dry. This leaves you wanting more, and it is rather drinkable.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 cheapdark (2964) - Quiptown & Central Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 24, 2010
UPDATED: FEB 20, 2010 From a 12 oz bottle in florida. Aroma of perfumy light pear perfume. Smooth initial flavor impressions, yum. Very little alky bite. You can tell this is perry and will not confuse it with apple cider. Tho no visible carbonation, there is good tingle and CO2 bite on the tongue. The finish leaves you with the similar processesed or industrial flavors that are common in their ciders. Good overall perry experience, want more, yea.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2007 This is one of the best ciders I’ve had. It is a bit sweet, but not as sweet as many, and the flavour and taste are fruity and very good. It is crisp and clean

Bottle. Real good pear aroma on the nose just like the fruit. Fizzy bubbles all over the pint glass. Hazy gold body with head that fizzled out quick. Fruit pear flavored jucie with some carbination to it. Decent refreshment after working outside in the heat for couple of hours.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 beerbill (2938) - Laurel, New York, USA - JUL 24, 2010
12 oz. bottle. Pours a crystal clear brilliant gold with no head. This is not a still cider and is in fact lightly effervescent. Pleasant aroma of pears. The flavor is pears with just a bit of spiciness to it. Dries out a bit at the finish with just a kiss of sweetness. Light effervescence keeps this bright on the palate. Enjoyable, especially on a hot afternoon like today.
