500ml bottle, BBE May 2012, drunk in December 2011.Mid gold colour. Soft honeyish aroma. Just a dab of tangy hop there. Mellow on the palate with moderate bitterness. Malt backing is quite biscuity. Finishes quite dry. Mouthfeel is fairly weighty for the style. Not the most zingy golden ale but decent enough.
