UPDATED: FEB 27, 2007 A pale, honey golden coloured beer with a frothy white head. A distinctly citrusy nose of grapefruit and lemon, plus a touch of peach and a caramel finish. A dry hoppy taste, zesty, again lots of citrus fruit flavours, grapefruit, lemon, then a dry, biscuity malt flavour towards the end. A long and dry finish. Brewed with willamette hops, hence the name! (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).

Cask@The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk. Really good. Nice floral hops in the nose, really nice aroma. Palate is nice and fruity. Some subtle piney,grapefruit notes and some lychee. Finish is mildly bitter. Really enjoyable. From the source!
