(Draught) Lasting thin white head and a brown body. No carbonation. Roasted malt with good coffee tones in the aroma. Very coffee compared to Clarks Crossing brewpubs version. Good.

A Brown ale should have flavor. It should not taste like charcoal and have any trace of chemical odour. The appearance should be dark and heady, and the beer itself should have plenty of carbonation. This is what I expected when ordering a Bridge City Brown Ale fro The Fox & Hound Pub and Brewery. But this is not what I got. A glass of wasted money is the best description, and I seriously doubted their alcohol rating was accurate!
