Bottle. Pours murky orange with a fine collar of froth and clinging lace. Earthy citrus aroma with a big waft of grapefruit, floral hops, hopleaf, chunks of pineapple jelly. La Rulles and Tunnel. Pithy, ashy and a bit fizzy in the mouth, with tangy orange and grapefruit, peanut, sweet biscuity malt. Just a bit soft and mealy to finish, but the hops are ticking the right boxes. Decent, solidly hopped bitter with enough hop clout to qualify as an IPA proper, and more character than some proclaimed IPAs several % stronger. And I bet the cask version is even better.

Very hazy gold beer, good off white head. A few dark particles in the head and the beer. Light semi soft and semi dry palate. Minerally light malt dominates the hops which present mild grapefruit bitterness and a little orange peeping through. Finishes crispy and dry with a mild bitter hop aftertaste. Goes down easy.

Bottled at Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Pours out in a cloudy orange colour with a frothy lasting off white foam. Quite sharp hoppy aroma of mature oranges, lemon-zest and wet grass with sweetish notes of apricots and dust. Medium-bodied with a strong tangy orangey hop flavor with notes of yeast, dust, straw and nectarines. Grainy mouthfeel. Long bitter finish of crackers, nuts, wet grass and orange-peels with acidic undertones of immature nectarines. A robust fruity ale which has signs of infection.

Bottle, shared by fonefan. A hazy, orange beer with a small beige head. Dusty, citrusy aroma, but with enough malt and hops to save it from being totally off. Some citrusy-sour flavors, with fruity hops and bitterness doing the rest of the job. Malty flavors almost completely hidden by the others. Medium body. Fruity and bitter finish. Sure, it’s a drinkable and quite refreshing beer, but very boring and not very IPA-ish. (080822)

50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a slowly collapsing off-white head. Bitter and citrus to grapefruit hops aroma. Flavour holds a mild caramel malt base and a fruity lingering grapefruit and citrus hops flavour. Mild orange fruity finish with a vague milky touch and medium dry bitterness.
