Appearance: Pours almost perfectly clear in texture, shiny, golden, very nice body, carbonation is weak and head is initially is small, foamy to frothy and quite quickly decreasing and finally after about 4 minutes no head at all, no lacing.
Aroma: Alcoholic nose, sweet maltyness, some notes of aromatic Lublin hops, chalky and all together reminding some notes of cherry aroma. Aroma is not that bad, it is quite fresh, not heavy like in the case of ’Opti McLane Strong Beer’ made by Perla.
Flavour: Flavour is typicall Polish Strong Lager beer, some hints of alcohol in nose, some carbonation on palate and fresh, aromatic hoppyness balancing the malty and alcoholic charcter, easy going, medium bodied, grainy, drinkable beer. One of better Polish Strong Lagers, but still not one of the best. Towards the finish alcohol is felt more strongly.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is well noticable, finish feel is rather chalky, but not that much as moderate alcoholic.
