Lightly hazed amber color with a taller off white head. Yeast, caramel and brandy aromas, this should be a hit for the all Wisconsinites. Mild caramel and ester flavors dominate. Late spice late in the tipple. A mild easy drinking brew. A nice effort.

Deep mahogany color, this beer folds into glass crowned by tan head, mostly lasting. Nose is molasses and malt. Creamy on the palate, the taste is most malt, maple syrup, molasses and brown sugar. Sweet brew tastes like a fine dopplebock. Pairs well with hearty fare such as pot roast, suckling pig or barbequed chicke.

On draught at the Appleton Fox Mall location. Pours a clear dark copper with a creamy beige head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, a hint of raisin, a touch of banana esters, and some cotton candy. Taste is full bodied, some strong alcohol presence, flavors of golden grain malt, candi sugar and some banana. Finish is slightly metallic from the high alcohol, semi-sweet with more alcohol presence.
