3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 esjaygee (2599) - Oak Creek, USA - JUL 7, 2008
On tap at Fratellos Oshkosh. Unfiltered banana yellow with thin white head. Aroma of banana, yeast and mild clove. Flavor of banana, clove, lemon and mild corn. Finish is a touch corny with some banana and sourness with it. Decent hefeweizen.
4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 beerdawg (7) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 30, 2011 does not count
Really enjoyable Hefeweizen style. Overall solid. Good complexity between the malt, yeast, and hops. All working together well. I think sample I had was very fresh but may be best Hefe of the summer for me.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 deyholla (3533) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 25, 2011
On tap at the Oshkosh location. Pours a near clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has notes of strong clove and banana with a bit of lemon underneath. Flavor starts with banana and clove but a strong lemon note takes over in the finish. A bit muddled.
2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 arkurzynski (852) - West Bend, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 26, 2011
Cloudy and gold. Aroma is fairly pleasant - banana, clove, a touch of acidity. Flavor does not follow suit. Sour, watered down, lemon.
2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Scubatrip (559) - Annandale, Virginia, USA - AUG 24, 2010
On tap at the Oshkosh brewpub, pours a hazy yellow. A lemon was dropped in by a new bartender, which may have affected its true rating. Tasted otherwise of bananas and cloves, with abitter lemon finish. I’d be willing to try it again without the lemon, but otherwise it’s just ok.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 jebert (317) - Watertown, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 25, 2009
Pours a yellow gold slightly cloudy with a nice sized pure white head. Nose is wheat, apricot, cotton candy and fresh cut hay. Mouthfeel is creamy. Taste is citrus, apple, wheat and candy with some tartness. Dry and clean on the finish. Nice beer that can pair well with a myriad of dishes, including roast pheasant, veal or cheese and fruit.

Hazy light yellow pour with banana and cloves in the nose, orange, corriander and lemon flavor, and soft finish. Pretty decent!
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 MIBRomeo (2109) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 10, 2008
Cloudy gold pour small white head whisp lace. Lightly sweet aroma of bananna & clove. Pal is avg. Flavor is really nice sweet wheat grains almost honey like with a light strawberry in the finish and a defineate bananna bread note. I think this hefe is pretty darn good.
2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 phishpond417 (2089) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 1, 2008
Another dissapointing, misrepresented brew from these guys: Decent golden colour, small head- not the cloudiness one would expect. While the mouthfeel was full, and plenty of fruit flavor it was a bit weak in the wheat department. Aroma was a little stale.
2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 IlanMan (1015) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 15, 2008
Pour is light golden with no head. Aroma is very floral with some fruity notes. Smell was good but flavor was not. Flavor was floral, a lot of wheat, but had no finish. Carbonation was not right and it was a little bland. The beer was not horrible but could be much better. Won’t buy again.
