Cask at the GBBF. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, apple, herbal hops and hay. Sweet fruity and herbal flavour

Cask (handpump) at Great British Beer Festival, day 4 on 5 August 2011. Gold colour with a slight haze. Decent condition but no head to speak of. Clean and dry with some citrus on the palate. A bit thin on the palate – probably not surprising given the low alcohol content. Drinkable and pleasant enough but not really anything to distinguish this from many similar beers at the festival.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, toasted - caramel, light apple - pineapples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy off white head. A bit of buiscuit, citrus and floral hoppy notes. Smooth. Short and dry end.

Cask at GBBF 2011 - Tuesday. Clear yellow - white head. Citrus, fresh hoppy, toasted malts, knækbrød, light bisquit, flowery notes. Nice fresh.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some earth and mild grassy notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, nectar, mild toasted notes as well as some slight floral notes. Balanced. Slight honey in the aftertaste.

Cask Stillage from the Outside Marquee at the Prince Of Wales, Foxfield 03/10/2009 Floral and slightly earthy aroma. Golden coloured floral malty and a little earthy with a hint of dryness in a crisp malt finish.
