Bottle from Beer Emporium, Sandbach. Murky orange gold with a thin white head. Aroma of lemons, strawberries, blackberries, jammy, malts, yeast. Flavour has some sugary yeast notes, alcohol in the finish. Not a brilliant tripel but a tasty brew and I enjoyed this.

Theydon_Bois (9109) - The ’Sham, Surrey, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2013
Bottle split at CBC big thanks to Leighton for this obscurity, 22/10/13. Hazed orange amber with a thin off white covering. Nose is candied sugar cane, honey, dark fruits, light booze, toffee. Taste comprises honey, medicinal notes, sugars, orange, sugar snap, booze. Medium bodied with bite, limited carbonation, sweet boozey closure. A very mediocre Belgian stylee, one dimensional but just about drinkable in small doses.

Leighton (11319) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2013
Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell - London. One I got from Kris Wines about a year ago, give or take. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy white cap. Dry pale malt nose with hints of cereal, hay and honey. Medium sweet flavor with crunchy pale malts, bread and more honey. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish with pale, bready malts. Basic. Fair.

Bottle, 33 cl, at Papsø, thanx. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Yeasty nose, almost soapy. Flavor of wweet dried abricots, orange zest, alcohol. Too much booze, me thinks. Not exactly refined.
