Bottle: Poured a ruby red color with a light reddish white head. A strong full raspberry aroma was present from pour. Light berry taste with a hint of malt and seed, not as strong as some I have had. Finish was dry and tangy.

Bottle, 5.6%. Distinct berry aroma, like a good homemade fruit juice concentrate. Hazy red colour. The flavour is a little sweet, has a distinct raspberry note. Low bitterness. Sweet and candyish, but drinkable.

Bottle 25cl.
Clear light to medium red color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light light red head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry - sweet and acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081128]

This beer is brewed by Brasserie du Bocq, but in contract brewing for M&P Brasseries, Gedinne. When I poured the beer into the glass, it showed a nice re-pinkish head. The flavours of raspberry were immediately observed. This is a fres beer, with surprisingly some sourness in it, which is a nice surprise, as I expected another flat sweet beer, but I was not impressed by its taste.
