Fiche technique Style: Pilsener Format: 341 ml Taux d?alcool: 5%

Nice blonde...local micro brew. Nice taste on palate and slight bitterness. Good hop taste to it. Gracious Pilsner.

341 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw with a short lived white head. Aroma is fresh grains and herbs. Flavor is grains, pils malt, cereals. A touch of herbal hops in the finish. Some lingering barley candy flavor. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, weak carbonation.

My Bottom Line:
Well-outlined pils malts lift this Pilsener’s generous noble hop bouquet for an elegant and beautifully polished pint.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veritable shrine of foam thrones atop the superb golden translucence. This is one beautiful shade of gold too.
-The mouthfeel is slender, bubbly and quenching.
-The bitter finish is moderate and engaging.
-The clarity with which each flavor is expressed itself is astounding.
-I had rated this before but felt like a completely new rating was justifiable. They are now using Weyermann Pils malts (gorgeously so, if I may add) and every aspect of the beer seemed to have been worked on since the first batches. I don’t know how it fares in bottles, but this super fresh tap version at the brewery was divine.

On tap at the brewery tasting room.

Second brew of the night from this brewery. Again, popping explosion with a lot of beer that flows all over my desk. Damn !! Way too over carbonated. Anyways, golden with many tiny particles all over. Big white head, long lasting with patchy foam lace. Sweet malt aromas with some alcohol. Not as sweet for taste, but pretty mild with some corn, malts and again, a little alcohol. The hop is present a bit, thankfully. Other than that, kind of a less ABV malt liquor, that is just a slight notch up.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, grainy malt with mineral notes, faint German hops, boring. In mouth, sweetish grainy malt with smooth German hops, peppery notes, decent. On tap at Espace Public, Nov 2 2012.

Bottle - 341ml. Boring golden body with average carbonation and a fading white foamy head. Fair malty/hoppy aroma with grassy hints. Its fresh taste is slightly dominated by hoppy flavors. Ends with a good bitter/herbal finish. Not bad.

Bottle 341ml. Pours hazy blond/sligthly whitish. High frothy white head, some lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pilsener malt, corn, vegetal, spices. Taste is of citrus, pilsnener malt, vegetal, bitter finish, serious weird aftertaste. Palate: ligth body. Overall: Good carbonation. Not very interesting.

341 ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. 25MA12.

App.: Clear golden with a so-so white head. Aroma: Dusty grains/cereals, boiled grains, a bit fruity and perfumed, a touch of harsh alcohol, yuck. Palate: Medium body, moderate and fine effervescence. Flav.: Apple juice/cider, some cereals/grains, a little grassiness, meh; dry with moderate bitterness and a lightly fruity, grainy finish. Poor.
