Ungstrup (29217) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 12, 2009
Draft. A golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of grainy malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and grain, leading to a bitter finish, where the straw note lingers. The body is a bit light.

Draught at Bull & Castle, Dublin. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity and grassy, sweet and light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Some salt, plenty of boiled vegetables. Slight bitterness. Fairly unpleasant macr-lager-like brew.

Golden colour. The aroma has some pedio and maybe some straw notes. Mostly straw taste, mild bitterness. A bit fizzy in the finish.

[Draught at Bull & Castle] Clear golden with tiny head. Aroma has grassy notes. Watery with light bitterness. Boring....

Rune (7963) - Tromsø, NORWAY - SEP 1, 2008
Very nice appearance with its crystal clear and deep red-brown body. Sweet malty aroma carrying through to a caramel taste with weak hoppy notes. So and so (Cask, my first one, at GBBF, 05.08.2008).

Sample at the brewpub. Clear pale yellow-gold color with a medium ivory white head that recedes quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, malt and spice. Light body with flavors of grassy hops and grainy malt. The finish is short with a mildly bitter hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

2009-05-20. Crisp yellow body with a small white head. Flavour has pleasant moderate hops throughout, floral noble hops, light hoppy bitterness with just a touch of grassy notes. (6+) Aroma is mild to moderate, pleasant mild floral hops. (6+) Average to light bodied. Bit mild/light but pleasant, quaffable. On tap at Franciscan Well, Cork

sebletitje (6624) - Enghien, BELGIUM - APR 8, 2011
Draft @ Bull and Castle, Dublin.

larsga (6177) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 24, 2008
Medium white head. Pale yellow body with carbonation. Light mealy rubbery aroma. Dry mealy fruity malt taste. Dry chalky aftertaste. A bit watery. Nice, but nothing special. (0.3l draft, Bull & Castle, Dublin, St. Patrick’s Day.)

KnutAlbert (6067) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 21, 2008
Draft at Bull and Castle, Dublin. Clean and crisp, malty and well hopped. A nice lager. It would not have stood out in Germany, but it is way better then the macro competition in Ireland.
