3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The beer had a beautiful amber/ruby red color. The color is vey nice. The beer pours a minimal amount of foam. The beer looks appealing. The smell is very nice. There is the aroma of almonds, some roast and coffee, really nice. I can also smell some alcohol and a nice sweetness. The taste is slightly less good, compared to the smell. The taste has a roasty coffee like flavor, a nice bitterness. The sweet taste of the alcohol balances this out. The taste is nice. The beer has a nice feeling in the mouth.

330ml Bottle from Reilly’s (Lisnaskea):
This one was a pretty average beer in truth and not really doing anything to dispel my initial belief that this one doesn’t really count as a craft beer. Whilst the beer definitely wasn’t a bad one, it didn’t do much to impress either and seemed to be missing that spark to get me excited about it. Not all that complex a beer, the beer seemed a little sweet but it remained drinkable throughout at least
