Tap at the Holy Grail. The beer is amber colored, clear, and has a decent off white head. The smell is slightly toasty, muted, low esters, and lacking. The taste is clean, malts, some toast. Seems boring.

(Draught) Pours a hazy amber-brown body with small beige head. Aroma of nuts, burnt/toasted grain, and rye crackers. Flavor of toasted grain, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, and some burnt. Nice altbier.

[Tap] Pours an even light brown color with a foamy beige cap on top. Sweet caramel, hazelnut and light grassy nose. The taste is of toffee, light brown sugar, earthy hops and dry grain. Lingering sweet finish. The body was rather light, but pretty on par for the style. Clean and simple, but tasty nevertheless.

Malty reddish brown color. Smallish white head. Tastes like that sugary corn/rice sweet cereal. Smooth, but alt.

(draught) clear copper with a creamy long lasting white head. Nose of raw grain, bread dough, cracker and mild English hops. Taste of rye, cream, sourdough, and other breads. Creamy body. Kind of a boring beer.

Draft at square burger in McKinney. Pours a robust copper with a thin off white head. The aromas are dough and fish batter. The mouthfeel is slightly watery and malty with a medium body and not much carbonation. Cheers!

Tap at the Fort Worth Gingerman. Clear brown pour with a small white head. Aroma is light, chocolate, and nutty. Taste is nuts, light fruit, a little spice, and that almost buttery flavor in the finish.

Tap at Gman FW. Pours a slightly hazy rich orange color with a light layer of white head. Flavor is upfront hops and grassy tones, with a grainy body and slick mouthfeel. Light malts but has a bitter finish. Could use a little more sweetness I think.

Tap at plano gingerman. Deep amber with a cream head. Malts, grain, light fruit, clean. Smooth palate, soft malts, refreshing, pretty easy to throw back
