AmEricanbrew (6014) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - OCT 24, 2014
Bottle@ trailer. Clear golden color with fleeting ivory head. Peppery, herbal, skunky hop, dusty pale malt aromas. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Salty, peppery, light grainy pale malt flavors with some wet grass____light sulfur taste to finish----

degbert (1201) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a bright white, discrete, fine-grained head. Nose is...weird; grain, yellow mustard (?!?), creamed corn, and light floral notes. Sweet and corny up front, with very little bite or backbone behind it; it’s just really flaccid and unexciting. Finish is almost nonexistent. Americans -- even German-Americans -- just shouldn’t make Kolsch.

ttoadee (707) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUL 2, 2014
Slightly hazy yellow pour, quick head. Nose is lightly kilned malt with a hint of citrus. Sweet. Middle is some biscuit and grass. Finish is grain and spritzer? Not sure about this.

Pours a clear golden color with white head. Mainly just cereal grain on the nose; follows onto the palate. An average kolsch.

jhamp9 (1138) - Corinth, Texas, USA - MAR 24, 2014
Slightly hazy gold pour with a decent white head. Aroma is floral, grains, and a bit grassy. Taste is honey, grainy, a bit floral, and faint grassy hops. Light and easy to drink. Refreshing beer.

Delicious. Very light and full of flavor. Decent after taste that does not linger.

5000 (6299) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - JAN 9, 2014
Bottle:   Yellowish straw, moderate haze, thin sudsy white head, little lacing.   Muted straw/hay on the nose, a bit sweet, also some musty basement or barnish notes.   Real soft.   Grassy start, a smidgen of sweet vinegar which is odd.   Seems more of aPale Lager than a Kolsch.   Not all that crisp.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Almost watery, or nearing that side I should say.   Clean finish, falls off quickly, leaving only a soft wheaty like grass/straw/hay profile.   As I smack my lips it gets a little mealy.   Thanks Bill!

drjay44 (2738) - Salida, Colorado, USA - DEC 23, 2013
12 oz. sediment laden bottle. Pours an enormous, fluffy, well retained white head with extensive lacing, over a very slightly hazy, yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is minimal malts, no hops, light apple....taste is light cereal, hints of sweet apple, light pepper phenolics, mild bitterness.....mouth feel light, carbonation high, minimal acid. This particular bottle is off, possibly infected and was probably improperly stored. It lacks the necessary clarity, and the peppery phenolics are totally inappropriate in this delicate style. BJCP 5/1/9/3/4
