On tap at the Bavarian Grill, Plano. Came to the table hazy golden with a formidable frothy white head. Under the nice, clean straw/citrus-forward nose was the distinct aroma that greets you on any brewery tour- that unmistakable, comforting malty, grain scent. Tasted of summer, of bright floral sweetness (almost wildflower honey). Light bodied, mildly carbonated. Would order again.

Shaker pint draft at The Idle Rich Pub in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a clear golden with not much of a white head. The aroma is grass, strong diacetyl and sweet corn. The taste is bland grass, cereal grain and a dirty diacetyl finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with low carbonation (almost flat) and a lingering dirtiness. Only gets worse as it warms.

Frisco, Tx - Market Street Grocery Store - 12 oz bottle. Light golden appearance with a thin white head that sticks around. Fresh mown grass aroma - but very faint - maybe a little fresh lake water aroma as well. Has some buttery and salty notes with a bit of biscuity sweetness - but not very pronounced. Easy drinking, smooth palate.

Fresh and refreshing with lots of lemons on palate. A little short and not very high on flavor.

This is a great Spring/Summer beer: it’s what I’d want to drink while sitting around the yard in my shorts if I had time to sit around the yard in my shorts. Remarkably dry, seltzer mouthfeel with just the right amount of citrusy bitterness.

12 fl oz bottle. Mostly clear yellow orange, lotsa fine floaties, mostly lasting white froth. Sweet bready malty aroma and taste, somewhat bland, some grape and citrus, faint Noble influence. Softer than average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)
