Cask > Gingerman. Really really good. Great body but that might be b/c of the cask. I sampled the draught version and didnít care for it as much. Bready flavor but not sweet which I like. Hardly and hops but thatís fine for this style. Will drink again as long as itís on cask. Itís a good starter for me while iím working my way to the palate wrecking IIPAs.

(Draught) Pours a clear golden body with a medium cream head. Aroma of grain, mustiness, grass, dough, and florals. Flavor of caramel, toffee, light fruitiness, and subtle grain. Not a huge fan of Maibocks, but would drink more of these.

Clear amber appearance with little head and little aroma. Buttery taste but not detracting. There is also some sweetness to the body.
