Cask > Gingerman. Really really good. Great body but that might be b/c of the cask. I sampled the draught version and didn’t care for it as much. Bready flavor but not sweet which I like. Hardly and hops but that’s fine for this style. Will drink again as long as it’s on cask. It’s a good starter for me while i’m working my way to the palate wrecking IIPAs.

Bluebonnet Brew Festival. Lightly sweet and yeasty nose with a touch of honey and grapefruit. Taste is moderately sweet and lightly bitter; malt is a bit dull, but it has some decent fruit notes.

Thanks to ericandersnavy for this one. Pours orange tinged gold with a transient off-white head. Aroma is bready with supporting noble hop. Med + body. It starts a little sweet/bready, and then suddenly it clarifies in a refreshing manner. Finishes justthe slightest bit sweet, but hop is present. Pretty tasty stuff.

This tasted somehow unfinished to me but I haven’t figured out exactly what was lacking. Maybe just too many better beers hitting my tongue this weekend. I’ll have to give it another shot sometime.

Clear orange color. Good big white head. Light crisp aroma of malt and grass. Sweet barley taste. Almost like sucralose sweet. Your girlfriend might like this.

On tap - Bluebonnet Brew Festival. Orange amber pour, nice white head. Smells of caramel malt, light hops, and some orange. Very bready flavor, almost like lightly buttered bread. Pretty good, wouldn’t have guessed it was 7%.

you numpty! .. Tap @ H-Town G-Man .. . Pours a dark caramel, with low to medium head, decent lacing .. . smell of molasses and bran muffin with honey .. . summer time mouthfeel .. . a pretty good beer that at the masked 7% is like water when its 97 degrees.. "Help, I’m being held prisoner in a complaint box," which is actually kinda funny..

Had this one on tap at the Flying Saucer in Addison. The beer pours a brownish-orange color with a white head. The aroma is bready malt with some floral hops. The flavor is pretty complex with some grapes, flowers, bready malt and some spices. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not bad.

Tap at Flying Saucer Addison TX. Amber color, hazy with a small head. Very cold. Sweet, very malty with a sticky taste. Nothing stands out here-move on.

(Draught) Pours a clear golden body with a medium cream head. Aroma of grain, mustiness, grass, dough, and florals. Flavor of caramel, toffee, light fruitiness, and subtle grain. Not a huge fan of Maibocks, but would drink more of these.
