Tap at Ginger Man FW. Slightly cloudy yellowish orange color with some amounts of sediment. Slight head. Wheaty yeast aroma. Lots of grain, some fruit. Lemon peel maybe. Flavor is a mix of interesting flavors. Sweet sugary malts are playing against a tart citric flavor. Finish remains of the grapefruit variant. Interesting candy finish.

The beer pours a hazy amber color with a white head. The aroma is grapes with some caramel and toffee malt. The flavor is toffee, grapes and wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A nice, easy drinking beer.

(draught) clear light amber, ring of white bubbles. Nose of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, really nice. Taste of sweet grain mash, bread dough, light rye (but not spicy), light carbonation. Nice linger.

on tap at cellar 22 (formerly wine safari). poured kinda of a amberish yellow with a white head that lasted the life of the beer. aroma and flavor were orange and salty with a touch of a mild spice. a very refreshing beer on this hot texas day. i wasnt sure what to expect for this style, but still a very solid beer.

Tried at the Franconia Brewery. Pours a somewhat hazy light amber with thick off-white head. Aroma of cereal (Grapenuts) with nice maltiness. Flavor of cereal (Grapenuts), nice malt back bone with a nice light wheat tang. Mouth feel is light-medium body with soft carbonation. Overall, an interesting and very enjoyable beer.....Like liquid breakfast!!!!

Nice amber color with a head that had dissappated before it reached the table. 3.4 doesn’t seem right to me, because I enjoyed the beer very much, but that is how the numbers add up. COuld be that there was very little nose.

Light amber with a a thin cream head that fades to a ring fast. Nose is caramelized old malts and fruits. Thin on the palate, flavor is water, light fruity wheat and a crisp finish.
