Bavarian Style Wheat Beer. This beer has a large popularity in particular in southern Germany. Using an original German yeast strain in the brewing process contributes to the natural fruity flavor of Banana, Orange and Cloves, giving it a outstanding refreshing taste. Our Wheat Beer comes unfiltered leaving all the natural goodness in it.

Bottle from ToLoís in Allen, TX. Pours a muddy yellow with a large white head. The aromas are Bananas, Cloves, bubblegum. The mouthfeel is bready, dryish and has a light body and great carbonation. This is a SUPER refreshing summer beer that is brewed (and taste) like the true German style. Great Beer! Cheers!

12 oz bottle. From Rosebud butternuts. Vielen Dank Eric!
Cloudy yellow golden colour with a small white head. Wheat, mild yeast, mild fruitiness and some maltiness. The flavour is wheat, malt, yeast and fruits. There is some yeasty bitterness. Soft carbonation. A bit thin. Leaning towards Wheat Ale.

Poured from a 12OZ. Bottle, has a hazy yellow color and medium white head. I smell citrus, banana, wheat, yeast, and malt. I taste all of the same plus some cloves. This is a damn good wheat beer from Texas.

Poured hazy yellow gold. Aroam is a little grassy with a hint of banana. The taste a little bit of banana but I canít taste any citrus at all. A light sweet flavor but I agree it does have a strange aftertaste.

Nice banana notes and similar to the great Weihenstephaner. However, itís kinda flat and as someone has noted does have an off aftertaste. Best I can describe is to think of it as a watered down Weihenstephaner Hefe.

Poured from *bottle* into a hefeweizen glass. Pours a hazy yellow-golden color with a small white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is mostly wheat with some hints of citrus and banana esters. Small bite upfront and banana flavors throughout. Taste isnít overpowering and is very sessionable. Mouthfeel is very clean. Would make a vary stable house beer especially if looking drink a lot without getting hammered.

Ironically had this in Calgary. Hazy yellow with big foam. Clove, banana, a touch of orange, plenty of wheat. Good stuff.

On tap at Garland, TX. Pours hazy-golden with long lasting, fluffy, tall, white head. Aroma is of what malt, yeast and banana. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is of yeast, wheat malt, spices and strange fruit. Finish is long with strange aftertaste. I would not buy this brew again.

On tap.

Hazy golden/pale hue leaves white head and lace, yet doesn't retain much of either. Banana-grain-citrus aroma is there, I guess.

Boring and bland on the palate. A touch watery. Body feels a tad thin as well. Sessionable? Yes. Craving-inducing? Absolutely not.

Wheat beer light. The aroma was faint wheat and citrus. The color was a light golden but clear. Not what I would expect from a Hefeweizen. It almost looked filtered even though they say it wasnít. Flavors where wheat, lemon and maybe some clove but no banana as advertised. It was crisp and easy to drink but very lightweight. I know this brewery really tries to hold to particular Bavarian styles so it might be the reason Iím not particularly fond of this version.
