COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bavarian Style Wheat Beer. This beer has a large popularity in particular in southern Germany. Using an original German yeast strain in the brewing process contributes to the natural fruity flavor of Banana, Orange and Cloves, giving it a outstanding refreshing taste. Our Wheat Beer comes unfiltered leaving all the natural goodness in it.

(draught at Fillmore pub in Plano, tx) pours cloudy yellow orange with nice lasting creamy head. Nose of funky wheat and spices. Taste of dirty water, wheat, spices, overripe banana and a creamy finish that’s slightly dirty with more very ripe bananas.

On tap at the Holy Grail Pub. Served as Franconia Hefeweizen. The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a decent-sized white head. The aroma is full of wheat with some banana and spicy clove notes. The flavor is very creamy and is full of banana flavor. There is a little bit of clove in the flavor, but it hides behind the banana and wheat. Creamy, medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. A very nice Texas-brewed hefeweizen.

On tap - Holy Grail Pub. Cloudy golden pour, small amount of head. Banana, clove, and citrus aromas - flavor is spicy and refreshing. Very banana forward like Franziskaner and other traditional, German brewed hefes. Would be great on a hot Texas summer day!

On tap at the Holy Grail. Poured a hazy, light orange body with a bubbly head that recedes quickly. Aromas of light spices, cloves, light banana and some bubblegum. Flavors mirror the aromas and end with a dry finish. Medium mouthfeel with a soft carbonation.

Slightly cloudy, bright yellow, white head. Doughy banana flavor. Absolutely perfectly refreshing wheat taste with a hint of vanilla and banana and the perfect body and mouthfeel. Heavy lace and a satisying finish. There’s just no other way to put it.

Hand bottle… Cloudy, deeply golden ale with no head. The nose offers banana, pear, toffee and clove. Light-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. The flavor is clean and thin while presenting nice notes of toffee and banana. Crisp, watery, refreshing finish. Sample provided by ericandersnavy!

Cloudy pour from tap at Plano Tortilla Factory. Very pleasant banana bread and pepper taste. Light creamy mouthfeel. Solid wheat beer, wish they still sold it at PTF.

On tap at Gingerman Fort Worth. Nice flavor and smell. Awkward mouthfeel in the back-side of my throat.
