Pours caramel color with minimal head. Extremely on the sweet side with a chewy mouthfeel and nutty, cherry flavors to it.

Hazy orangish brown with very little head. Aromas of caramel malt, banana, and some spice. Lots of clove in the flavor with more banana. Good.

On tap at Holy Grail- Pour is dark amber..Aroma of clove and dark fruits and sugar..Taste is sweet with hints of clove and banana, hints of dark fruits..Palate is oily with fruits and sugar lingering..

This beer pours a deep ruby/amber with a thin off white head. The aroma are cherries, bananas clove, and musk. The mouthfeel is sticky and sweet with a medium to heavy body. I actually liked this one. It was unique. Cheers!

On tap at the Plano Gingerman.
The beer pours a hazy brown color with a cream-colored head. The aroma is heavy on the wheat, toffee and banana. The flavor is similar, with a few added notes. I get a lot of wheat, toffee, caramel and banana, but I also get some cinnamon and cloves. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. One of the better Franconia beers.

Dark lager color. Foamy, spritzy off-white head. Malty aroma. Cho cho lately malty flavor eri th dark wheat malt. Slightly sharp mouthfeel. A little bit of lacimg on the glass. The finish carries a himt of bitterness.

Dark brown beer with an off-white head. The taste of vanilla came out immediately, and the palate was creamy and malty, along with being slightly oily. Other spices were in the taste and the finish was slightly bitter. There was also some banana in the background.

Dark ruby/amber with a cream head. Nose is wheat, malts and spices. decent on the palate, flavors of wheat, spices and circus peanuts.

on tap at ginger man in fort worth. poured a murky brownish color from what i could tell in the poorly lit bar. aroma was very pleasant with fruits and spices with the flavor being much the same. body was medium with about medium carbonation. another solid beer from franconia. i hope they start bottling sometime soon.

Tap at the Gingerman in Plano. The look is murky, brownish in color, and has an ok beige colored head. The smell is fruits, mostly apples, some wheat, spices, and all right. The taste is wheat, very fruity, yeast, and different than I thought it would be.
