COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our winter beer festival beer of a special kind is very traditionally we brew it for an old traditional recipe. With selected malts and with the use of finest Hallertau aroma hops matures this deep yellow Festbier eight weeks until it is bottled for our customers in the popular swing top bottle. Our winter beer has a spicy aromatic flavor, which is highlighted with a slight hint of hops. In the glass it is crowned by a feinsahnigen foam.

Wunderbar süffig mit ordentlich malzigen Anklängen und gar etwas Hopfen sowie zitronigen Noten. Nicht schlecht, sehr trinkbar - fein.

Beer pours out of the bottle in a light hazy yellow-golden colour with steady head and smooth body. Nice aroma of hops and malts. Taste of aromatic mild hops, malt, nuts, spices, herbs and caramel. Very easy and nice drinkable.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Pivkan and also limited offer on www.beershop.hr. Yellow/golden coloured, small white head, some corn in the nose. Malty, grainy and slight hoppy with moderate dry finish. Somehow messy beer without any winter character.

Another one of Ogi’s, shared with him of course, thanks! Not exactly your average winter beer... because it’s too average. A shiny yellow-golden body, fizzy white head, small even. Herbal yeasty nose, some dry woody maltiness. The taste is strange. Tobacco, grainy, dry maltiness, slightly yoghurty. Dry hop aftertaste, maybe some weak egg. Ok lager really, but a winterbeer?

Bottle. Clear gold with a large frothy head. Aroma of malt and grain. Flavour is crisp clear larger, not very wintery but an ok if it was a lager
