Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Pours copper with no head. Slightly metallic malt aroma. Pleasant, but not especially interesting flavour. Decent beer.

kuphish (378) - Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA - NOV 7, 2011
Bottle. Pours a large, rocky, off-white head. Lasting and lacy. Very clingy. Clear, copper body. Aroma is mildly estery with bready pale malt and a touch of toffee. No real hop presence or munich malt. Seltzery flavor. Lightly sour and dusty...somewhat papery. Really kind of unpleasant. Light body, moderate carbonation, lightly sweet and relatively bitter. Finish is kind of candyish. Overall pretty disappointing and not so tasty. Might have to try a second bottle.

Clean brown body with big bubbly tan head. Typical malty aromas for the style. Cellar, brown sugar, dried figs and caramel. Easy to drink due to the nice refreshing body. Taste is moderately rich but certainly a bit dull. Dry aftertaste, a bit harsh even. (50cl bottle)

On tap at La Rustica in Lippstadt. Pours clear amber with copper hues and tan head. The aroma is sort of spicy with hops followed by toasted bread, a thin ribbon of caramel candy and a faint hop earthiness. The taste is very similar and a bit on the lively side with mild spicy hops and earthy hops mixing with roasted malts, toasted wheat bread and caramel candy. Nice Alt.
