Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas machts auch eine gute Figur! Schön stark dunkel, mit einem guten Rotstich! Die Krone ist cremefarbend und steht gut. Geruchlich dominiert das Altbier. Riecht angenehm malzig und eigentlich kaum süß. Der Antrunk ist ebenfalls ausgewogen malzig, hier dominiert wirklich mal das Bieraroma. Lediglich im Nachgeschmack wird’s ein wenig süßlich. Zum Mittelteil hin wird’s deutlich herber, hier kommt der Hopfen besser zur Geltung. Bleibt bis zum Finish hin sehr ausgewogen und vor allem sehr gut trinkbar. Eines der besseren Colabiere!

33 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours clear and golden hazzlenut brown with a small off-white head. Cola citric and sweet flavoured. Sweet and cola flavoured finish with a nice malty base.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiiful almost mahogany-colored beer with a vaguely brown head. Another "Mischgetränk" - this time in the rather rare combination of Altbier and cola. And it actually tastes pretty good. Beer is the more pronounced ingredient as this drink is in a 60/40-mix. (Usually it’s 50/50). The cola removes most of the bitterness, but it isn’t sticky. Clear medium to dark red brown (cola) color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white cola head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, brown sugar, cola notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. It is like a alt bier mixed with cola. [20090110]

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2009 Clear deep amber with a medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with cola and roasted malt. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel and lemons. Finished sweet.
