COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic American style Ale is made using American malts and fermented at a lower temperature to give it a clear mellow finish. This is a terrific cross-over beer for those who enjoy American style ales.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a semi - clear golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dissipated within about a minute. There was some light lacing trickling along the glass. The aroma had some sweet creamy corn that smelled really good. The taste was mainly sweet but had a delicate crisp mellow finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair carbonation about it. Overall I say this was a pretty good blonde ale worthy of having again.

Straw colored with a moderate white head and a light hoppy aroma. Lightly bitter taste with a thin textured finish. Overall it seemed a little watered down in flavor.

draft @ brewery. Poured pale straw coloure. Aroma is weak with lemon a lemon note. Watery palate, easy drinking. Flavour is slightly malty with a wheaty-citrusy quality. Lawn mower beer.

12oz bottle poured into glass. Nothing super special happening with this beer. It’s easy drinking but not really a lot of flavor happening.

Bottle - Pours clear golden yellow with a quickly dissipating white fluffy head. Nose is cane sugar and honey, on top of a lightly yeasty bready malt base. Maybe a hint of floral hopping. Taste is too sweet for my tastes, honey, cantaloupe, pale graininess. Herbal hopping on the finish is pretty faint. Nice smooth body that’s well carbonated. This goes down easy, but I couldn’t session with all that sweetness.

Bottle (labeled as American Blonde Ale)… Florida Craft Beer and Wing Fest 2012… Clear yellow ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Good retention. The aroma presents pale malt, honey malt and light graininess. Medium-bodied and mildly oily with tickling carbonation. Even at room temperature, this blonde ale has a nice, snappy hop character – even leans a hair toward the bitter side of balance. Short, crisp, clean finish. More reminiscent of an English blonde than an American or Canadian blonde.
