beerbuzzmontreal (2698), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jan 7, 2007 Clear golden pour with a thin white head. Mild aroma and flavor of crisp pilsener malts with floral noble hops and a dry finish. The body is light and the carbonation is lively. The right elements are there but they are not strong enough. Odeed (1473), Bakersfield, California, USA Sep 6, 2006 (another bottle from irisboy.where does he fins this stuff?)clear pilsner body with a white head that swam to the sides of the glass.aroma was a nice mix of caramel, and pilsner wheat.flavor is a mix of tobaco, dust, and a strange aftertaste bite. Enniskillen (1542), Port Angeles, Washington, USA Jun 10, 2006 Fruity yeasty with wheat aroma. Taste is apricots and dried fruits, not bad at all for the style that is intended. IrishBoy (2111), Bakersfield, California, USA Jun 10, 2006 Hazy gold with a small white head; grainy aroma with a light citrus note. Flavor has hoppy sting in the taste and finish. CharlesDarwin (1376), State College, Pennsylvania, USA May 7, 2006 On Tap at the Brewpub Pale off yellow, with a soapy head of white. Aroma of tart lemons, over an even wheaty grain. Flavor is a sugary light phenolic run, with a distant dusty grain. Fairly clean and fresh, and quite quenching. Not a strong alcohol presence. A touch of fusels. Finish is a little chewy and slightly cloying.
