May 7, 2006 On Tap at the Brewpub Pale off yellow, with a soapy head of white. Aroma of tart lemons, over an even wheaty grain. Flavor is a sugary light phenolic run, with a distant dusty grain. Fairly clean and fresh, and quite quenching. Not a strong alcohol presence. A touch of fusels. Finish is a little chewy and slightly cloying.
