Hazy honey gold coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus and some light sweetness - very nice! Medium-bodied; Creamy light citrus and curacao flavour with a good wheat backbone, some yeast and a lot of citrus. Aftertaste clean and smooth as well with a good citrus and yeast flavour which is the only thing noticeable. Overall, a very nice beer and great to sample here on tap in Grand Rapids! I sampled this pint on draught at Hop Cat in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 06-November-2010.

bottle. golden with small head. typical american hefe. light on flavor, and even lighter on spice. average at best.

Bottle. Golden, a little cloudy, foamy head but disappears quickly. Lots of carbonation. Banana and cloves aroma, medium light body. Decent all around hefe.

Draft. For a Hefeweizen it pours very clear. Very pleasant aroma of banana pineapple with just a hint of spices. Floral taste with a clean finish. Very nice.

Pours clear fora hefe. Smell is a little citrusy. Taste is stronger for ahefe, more like a wheat ale. Good sizzle on the palate. Yes, that ale attribute is really getting on my nerves. Yes, starts out a little citrusy then has a slight processed ale finish. Does have some bubble gum and banana notes.

poured hazy yellow with a white head. aroma cloves, banana, peppery, cinnamon. flavor got cinnamon, pepper, cloves and banana, yeast. I like a good hefe and this on rates up there

Pours a very cloudy dark yellow color with almost no head. Aroma is filled with banana and clove and not much else. Taste is sweeter than the usual hefe. The banana and clove taste does not overpower too much though. Pretty smooth finish as well. A pretty good hefe.

Pours mostly clear and with little head even with a lot of bottle agitation and a strong pour. Aroma and taste are okay, reminiscent of a good German hefe, but lacking body more than anything.
