Nov 8, 2005 Plastic bottle. Deep golden coloured. Mild, sparkling and fresh with a slightly bitter and dry finish. Very nice totalitarian notes all over, probably from the Oderwasser. Ein echtes Ossiebier.

Sep 18, 2005 A light yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sour, while the flavor is a combination of sweet and sour. I wonder if it is the hops giving it the souness?
