Jun 5, 2008 Very pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma has malt and grassy/spicy German hops. Clean with little DMS. Sweet malty flavour with some spicy hop flavour. Could use a little more bitterness, but it’s a refreshing and flawless tasty brew.
