Jun 4, 2004 Cask - Deep brown and amber, zero head. Very fruity and sugary in the nose. Flavor has lots of citrus, apricot, and caramel. Medium bodied, very soft carbiantion (again cask), semi-bitter, fuzzy fruit, dry finish. Nice session ale....

Jul 19, 2003 Opaque amber with minimal off-white head. Aroma is earthy and floral, light toffee, peach. Taste is mild sweet and earthy. Medium body, some chewiness, light acidity.

Malty, caramel laden nose with a suggestion of butterscotch.
Hazy, light amber color with a white, creamy head and excellent lacing.
Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation.
Well-hopped to create a balanced flavor. However, the hops win out in the end.
A lightly tart, bitter, dry finish.
Excellent Bitter!!
