Aroma is moderate malty, funky, tobacco, light roasted, light tart something, moderate yeasty, light wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, berris, wood - tobacco, figs - dates. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120920]

aroma is malty, mild slightly fruity. flavor is slightly citrussy, bitter, tea.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, caramel, fruits, and a bit of brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, cherry amber with one ring of thin white head. Nose is sulphurous, cherry, malty, sour mash, sweet tarts, squash blossoms. Flavor is similar, lightly tart, grapefruit rind, lightly acidic, lemon pulp, blood orange, cherry. Medium bodied, lightly acidic finish.

a very sour smelling aroma. a mild roasted flavor with a lot of bitterness that doesn’t stop until after the finish. This is what a wild ale should be like, it’s a crapshoot sometimes it’s good sometimes not. I like this one
