Nitro. Tan head, clear dark red-brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, anise, some roast, cherry. Taste is moderately sweet, cherry/anise, some roast, light chocolate, brown sugar. Soft medium body, low carbonation.

Draft on 07/01/11. Came to the table a murky mahogany color with a thick & creamy khaki head. There was a complex aroma that featured plenty of caramel, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and a little citrus. Went down big-bodied and a tad sticky. Big roasty flavors were present upfront in the taste. Lots of caramel, molasses, coffee, and dark chocolate. Some vanilla extract in the middle. A touch of citrus finished things off nicely. Very enjoyable!
