On the menu as "Belgian Tripel" and served in a 10oz goblet. Pale, yellow with a filmy, white head and little carbonation. Aroma is sweet, spicy, with plenty of alcohol esters, bananas and some clove. Flavor is pale and fruity, and a little bit of spice. Sticky in the mouth, dry and astringent finish. A touch too boozy for it’s own good.

Hazy, pale body with small, white head. The aroma is very esters, banana, clove, some spice and alcohol. The flavor is slightly sweet, slightly boozy, with lots of apricots, bananas and peach, some spice and a good dose of alcohol finish it off. Medium/full body has soft carbonation and a warm, astringent finish.

Listed as Belgian Tripple (9.5%): Pours a slightly hazy golden with a nicely-lacing frothy white head. Aroma of sweet pale malts and bready Belgian yeast with a touch of spice and fruity esters. Body starts full, pale malty and sweet with nice light fruity complexity and a hint of coriander before a slightly warming, drier finish. Very true to style and enjoyable.

Hazy gold, fluffy off-white head. Nose is full of sweet orange peel, pear, corriander, banana, and fresh bread. Flavor shows just a bit too much alcohol, (this batch was 12%...yikes)but still pretty tasty regardless. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sweet finish. A nice interpretation....

Hazy orange body with minimal white head. Aroma is medium sweet, coriander, other spices, orange. Taste is sticky sweet candy sugar, orange, spicy, and hint of alcohol. Alcohol warms on the way down. Nice medium body.

Lovely beer. A hazy copper gold color with lacy head. Spicy, sweet, orange aroma. The flavor is sweet, mildly orangy, well-rounded, full bodied, and slightly spicy (corriander-ish). High alcohol, but not a strong alcohol flavor. It's a great Belgian-style that does its heritage proud. I very much enjoyed this beer.

Great Beer! Hazy, golden hue. Small, creamy white head. The aroma is of dark bread, fuzzy fruits, candy sugar, bananna and alcohol. Way sweet up front, but almost balanced out on the backside by the tart, acrid and lightly bitter hop addition. So, a fairly well-balanced tripel, although the high ABV is definitely evident. Not necessarily a negative in my book. Medium-length, dry, pungent and astringent finish. My 500th rating. Yeehaw!
