Draft. Medium off-white head atop lightly hazed amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, Belgian yeast, Pilsner malt, some berry/flower. Taste is moderately sweet, flower, biscuit, some berry, Belgian yeast. Light body, fairly clean, light acidity, nicely drinkable.

Draft on 05/04/12. Appeared at the table a slightly hazy copper color with a smallish beige head. There was a subtle aroma that primarily featured sweet estery notes. Some caramel maltiness, wet cardboard, and some light floral/herbal qualities were in the mix too. Went down thin to medium-bodied with a relatively low level of carbonation. The taste started with some lightly sweet caramel and some estery touches. Finished just a tad dry with some herbaceous notes. A decent enough session brew, but pretty forgettable nonetheless.
