COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Adored by Terps and fans alike, this Enlish-style pale ale is hopped with Magnum and Yakima Goldings hops and balanced with Crystal and Pale Ale malt.

16oz pour at the brewery comes a lightly hazy copper amber with some ringing, white head. Nose has some caramel, malt, lemon, orange, mild spice, mild yeast, mild pine. Flavor is piney, soapy, lemon, lightly vegetal, some cracker, some brown sugar. Medium bodied, dry, bitter finish. Solid and a bit old school.

Pours copper with a creamy off white head. Biscuit malt aroma with citrus and herbal hop. Flavor is dry biscuit malt with citrus with mineral notes. Floral and herbal hop finish. My second favorite of the day.

On tap at Franklin’s Restaurant, Brewery & General Store in Hyattsville, MD, part of a flight of 10. Appearance pours a medium amber color with a good off-white head. Aroma is citrus and floral hops with some bready malt in the background. Taste is malty with some hops. Palate is dry, but medium body. Overall, a pretty decent beer.

On tap 5 oz. sampler at Franklin 's Restaurant, Brewery and General Store in Hyattsville, MD. Clear, coppery dark orange with an off-white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus, cardamon and pale malt. Taste of caramel, herbal hops, pale ale, light fruit, nuts, lemon and mild pine. Medium/light body and medium/low carbonization. From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small and off-white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light caramelish. Bitter and fruity flavoured. Malty base, light yeasty touch. Bitter, toasted malty and dry finish.
