Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Brown color. Malty, just a bit dusty aroma with hints of chocolate. malty earthy floral dusty flavor with caramelly notes. Dust and hints of roast in the aftertaste.

Had this as "Export Dunkel". Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark, almost black, small head. Starts mild, fine malty, modest sweet. Not too dry. Finish still mild, soft-malty, hints of chocolate. Nice!

Wenig herber, dafür stärker röstiger Beginn. Diese Röstnoten können aber nicht über den ansonsten nur wenig aromatischen Körper hinwegtäuschen, erst spät kommt eine Würzigkeit auf, die man sich vorher wünscht, das Bier ist daher im Abgang durchaus angenehm, düß-röstig, hier mit festem getreidig-bitterem Untergrund. Eine Karamellnote rundet das Bier im Nachgeschmack ab. 7/8/8/9/7/9

Bottle. dark caramel with a thin very white head. Very lively in the glass with alot of carbonation. Mild malt flavour with a little fizz to the aftertaste.

A malty smell of chocolate, light bitter. The beige head has a normal size and is creamy-foamy with a normal duration. The body is dark brown. The taste is light malty and bitter, the finish is light medical. The body is light to medium strong, a little bit creamy and watery with a normal carbonation.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, light brown beer with an off-white to beige head. Quite fruity on the nose, with both dried fruits and fresh fruits. Some nutty notes and caramel too. A bit watery on the palate, dry and also a bit heavy on carbonation. The flavor has nuts and caramel, some dried fruits. Dry, bready caramel finish with a pleasant bitterness, although a bit harsh. Not bad indeed, but far from impressing. 110128

Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, fruity malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110128]

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt and caramel. Taste is light sweet. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours amber with small bubbles on top. Nose is sweet bread and caramel. Dry and bready flavor. A bit sweet with a tocuh of alcohol. Medium bodied.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear nutty brown with an off-white head. A little roast and pumpernickel in the nose. Medium body, roast and a little metal and licorice. Fairly dry and sulphurous finish. 280111

Bottle. Chocolate toffee malt aroma. Clear medium brown color with small head. Lightly sweet chocolate malt and woody flavor with a hint of smokiness. Body a bit light. Nice flavor.
