Bottle: Golden coloured, smaller lacing white head, sweet-grainy and distinctive hoppy nose with traces of honey and bisquits; mainly moderate sweet flavour with a light, but detectable bitter touch, medium bodied; sweet-bitter finish. A well balanced, well crafted Bock...........

Caramel and light roasted aroma. Golden color, nice lace. Sweet, caramel, roasted. O.K.

Mild malzig-getreidiger Antrunk. Die Intensität erreicht im Mittelteil einen etwas höheren Stand und ist nun durchschnittlich. Getreidig bleibend, hell-malzig, leicht herb, im Abgang wird die Herbe kräftiger und das Bier wenig würziger. Hier etwas wässrig, ein leeichter Malzhauch regiert den Abgang. Danke an den Doppelbock! Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is hop, malt, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, hop, alcohol, malt, grass, fruit. Nice beer.

Bottle looks more like a cheap beer now. In the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts strong, malty-spicy, some grasy notes, modest alcoholic. Finish well balanced, spicy-grasy, modest sourish. Nice!

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, marzipan, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110415]

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of metallic, grassy hops. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Gathering, 2011. Pours hazy golden with a small creamy off white head. Sweet nose of alcohol, fruit and candy. A bit of rubber and metal in flavor as well.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma has some alcohol and grassy, piney hops, a good dash of fruityness and some pale malts. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a fine bitterness. Sweet, fruity and alcoholic, but not very warming, at least not until the finish. Bitter too in the finish. A quite tasteful and pleasant bock, although a bit alcoholic in the end. 110415

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a slight haze and a white head. Malty nose with perfumy hops. Solid body, good maltiness. Lovely perfumy hops. Ends dry but not overly bitter. 150411

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, sweet, hops, bitter, toffee and caramel.
