Cloudy golden yellow with decent lasting, lacing white foam head. Littebit weak aroma, taste has traces of citrus, and red fruit. bit sparkling on tongue. Short aftertaste. (Münich 201305)

(Flasche) Es hat eine getreidig gelbe Farbe, ist hefetrüb mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist leicht hefig und süßlich. Geschmacklich ist es schwerer und leicht würzig, ansonsten etwas schwach. Bittere ist kaum vorhanden

50 cl. bottle @ home, bought somewhere in Germany. Looks like a regular weizen so it’s hazy white golden with a big white head. The aroma is yeasty with some banana. The tast is at first slighty dissapointing because it has that familair low alcohol taste but later on it became better and i came reasonably close to a real weizen. One of the better low alcohol beers.

On tap (0.5 l) at Mexicali, Marburg... Clear color, good head... Very tasteful sweet malt aroma, almost no hops... Mild Weizen taste... Abrupt ending... Nice alcohol free Weizen with some kind oor eal beer taste...

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat, grain, little corn, sweet fruit, banana. Flavor is wheat, griany, little yeast, spice, sweet fruit. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 240213

On tap at The Odysseus in Harrislee, Germany. Pours hazy light amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of grain, hop and yeast. Sourish taste of grain. Rather watery, with some sweetish, grainy finish. Nothing impressive, but I have tasted worse low alc brews.

Huge white head. Very astringent aroma. Fruity, but also watery taste. Wheaty palate.

#818 Hey, es schaut zumindest nach nem echten Weissbier aus! Orange-trüb mit viel Schaum. Das Aroma ist nichtssagend, aber immerhin leicht hefig! Der Antrunk ist naturgemäß dünn. Geschmacklich etwas malzig-süß mit schwach hefiger Struktur. Als Weissbier aber zumindest ansatzweise zu erkennen. Wenn ich an das Erdinger Alkoholfrei denke, ist das bleifreie Franziskaner geradezu eine geschmackliche Perle! Test vom 4.11.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,8,9,7,9,8 - 8,35

500ml bottle. Most alcohol-free beers don’t taste as good as their alcoholic equivalents. This is one of the few exceptions. A very good alcohol-free beer!
