Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

Bottle 0,50L. Hazy, dark amber colour with huge, creamy, light brown head. Aroma of caramel, roasted malts and banana. Taste starts slightly sour with plenty of banana mouthfeel. Finish is moderate bitter followed by dried plum and figs note, also some chocolate. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Really good German brew.

Mørk brun farge med et hvit skum. Aroma av røstet malt, hvete, karamell og banan. Smaken følger aroma, fin fylde og smaken sitter i en kort stund.

Looks aren’t everything but something about the finishing turned my stomach! I couldn’t handle whatever that taste was! I had to dilute it with 2 Dos XX Amber Suds just to finish it! I’ll not taste this one again!

This may be my favorite beer it’s getting harder to find cause of the many crappy micro-brews!

Dark brown, strong white head. Yeastiness with roasted malt and wheat on the nose. Sour-sweet wheat notes with a nice roasted sour-ish finish. Some banana notes - if my mind is not playing tricks on me. Okay.
