Light caramelized malt flavor with spicy fruity Belgian yeast flavors. Bubblegum and clove. Light body with moderate carbonation and fairly full mouthfeel. Dry fruity finish. can8ianben (903), Pasadena, California, USA Aug 14, 2008 A darker, richer version of their wheat beer. Loads of rich wheat goodness balanced out by some subtle smokiness and citrus blasts from the yeast notes. A very well done beer.
