Apr 21, 2008 Draft at YardHouse in Irvine. Banana and wheat twang first thing on the nose from this murky brownish yellow pour. Decent head too. Some spice on the nose as well. Similar flavors with more wheat twang than before. Not too bad.

Apr 20, 2008 Wonderful banana bread, wheat, light fruit, and slightly estery aroma. Light amber appearance, quite clear for a weissbier. Suprisingly complex caracter in flavor. Featuring bread, malt, banana, slight circus peanut, just a hint of candied fruit on the finiish, light spicyness, highlights of malt, and yeast. Wonderful mouthfeel, quite lively yet a nice body to this bier, not thin. Overall just about as good a thirst quenching bier as one could have. Well made.

Apr 18, 2008 Bottle, 500ml. A cloudy brown colour with a small head. A sweet, malty cocoa aroma. Taste is cocoa, wheat and bready malt. High carbonation. Somewhat watery body, but still quite tasty.

Apr 18, 2008 Deep brown in color with a whitish head. Definite weiss nose: malty, fruity, bananas, cloves. Flavor is fruity and malty with some roasted malt character. Not bad, but a little less robust than I would’ve liked.

Apr 17, 2008 I really like this, though not as much as the hefe weiss.I would still happily drink a case of these! Lovely light brown murky color and a decidedly yeast filled flavor. Yum!

Apr 11, 2008 I prefer their Wheat a little more. This pours a gross looking hazy amber color. Much like that of dirty, sewer water. Nice thick white head though. Taste is sweet and fruity, that of bananas and vanilla flavor. Some mild malts in there but fruitiness is the main taste. It’s alright but nothing too great. Price was pretty good though. Once the beer settled down the appearance was a little well, more appealing but at first it wasn’t something I was excited to drink."

Apr 10, 2008 Bottle from the cave. Aroma is banana wheaty clove, biscuity almost caramel sweetness, seems a bit minimal. Tasate is wheaty but quite floural, yeasty fruity esters, the roasted malt seems quite lost in here.
