Pours Dark Murky brown with biscuit large colored head. Very malty aroma, mainly a roasted nutty scent. Medium body and smooth going down. Strong flavor of malt - very complex, with banana and spices.

1 pint 9oz bottle - Pours murky brown with thick offwhite head. Aroma of roasted nutty malt and spice. Sweet wheat flavor with citrus overtones. It’s decent enough to drink again, but I haven’t yet developed a taste for wheat beers yet. This may go well with seasame chicken or glazed ham.

Bottle. Cloudy dark brown with a beautiful big creamy fully lasting off-white head leaving a very nice good lasting lacing. Aroma of wheat and some roasty maltiness, spices, some caramel. Flavour is fresh, good wheat, dark malts, some banana, good spices. GREAT brew!

Poured dark brown with a tan color head, that was and inch and a half tall. Bitter malty/bready taste, with a smooth mouthfeel. Tasty.

Bottle Pours a hazy deep carmel color with a nice head and sturdy lacing. Aroma of malty wheaty bananas. Flavor was a soft unfiltered german hef, but deeper and darker. Nice combination. Pretty light on the classic german hef yeast notes. Quite drinkable. Yummy.

First tried on tap in a Bavarian Cafe in Sydney. Very nice toffee caramel taste with a hint of banana. My first Dunkel Weissbier and definitely not my last. Having a hard time finding this in Minnesota.
