Commercial Description:
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

Pours brown with a thick beige head. Aroma is yeast, spice, apple, and wheat. Taste is traditional wheat and yeast with just a hint of roast on the finish.

Pours a great dark brown color. The aromas, while a little muted, are great, there are some smells of carmelized banannas, the malts are prevalent. The flavors are quite good as well, mirroring somewhat the aromas but with some additional fruit and a hint of a roasted note. My only non-glowing comment is that the beer seems a little bit light and weak, not quite thick enough of a mouthfeel.

Beautiful colour , nice taste. Not strong though. The classic german taste dominates in this one. Not bad at all. You’d better taste this one cause if you haven’t yet you’re missing something.

Aroma of caramel, banana, orange and honey. Flavor is great, slightly sour and refreshing. Banana and honey stands out. The flavor is like a weaker Leffe blond. I like it.

Pours a hazy dark amber/brown. Sizeable head diminishing slowly to light head - head is beige. Pleasant, sweet aroma of caramel, chocolate, toast, dark fruits and definite yeast notes. Well-balanced, smooth with plenty of taste. I’d be happy to sit and enjoy several of these with friends. Alas, I bought only two. But they will be enjoyed - Cheers!

A good dark hefe-weissbier. Pours brown in color, with a light and airy taste. Only down size is the lack of fullness to the beer. Overall okay.

From bottle, brown hazy with nice beige head, aroma of banana and orange some clove and nice sweetness, flavor is not balanced, some yeast and peach then some malt and citrus and the finish is spiced with clove. Watery.

50cl bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours brown and cloudy with two to three fingers of frothy tan head. Smells a bit roasty with some citrus notes. Tastes roasty but kind of light-bodied. It’s good but seems a bit watered down.
