COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

An unclear very dark brown beer with a good head and an aroma of yeast. It has a slightly acidic taste. An OK beer, but I rather drink Franzikaner Kristal.

(Bottle 50 cl) Muddy brownish - like water from the Rhine.... Well, not completely unappetizing. Soft, with the wheat-esters not that pronounced. A bit shy for a Hefe-dunkel - turn up the flavours please. 100699

Bottled. Brown, cloudy and huge white head. Wheaty, malty and pretty sour aroma. Taste of wheat and sweet malt, with a bit bitter finish.

Sampled draught at Bull & Bear Inn, Stockholm.
Muddy orange, creamy head. Lihtly phenolic nose. Sweet with clean mouthfeel and some toffee. Lightly bready. Overall decent, but too clean, and offering too little out of interest.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Refreshing darker wheat beer. Normal wheat beer fruit tones balanced by chocolate and malt. Nice.
